How much is Postage and Packaging

We charge a flat rate of 10 Euros for delivering anywhere in France up to a maximum of 25 KG. A surcharge will be applied for orders above this weight, however we will inform you in advance. 

When can I expect my delivery?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received. Should the item be out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours. We use the Colissimo delivery service, with tracking service. All delivieries must be signed for. Non delivery within 7 days of dispatch must be notified to Simply British

Delivering outside France. Can you send items worldwide?

Yes, but you need to contact us directly, by phone or email and ask for a delivery quote. Contact details

Can I request items not listed ?

Yes - please email or telephone us and we will endeavour to source the product for you. 

What currency am I charged in?

All prices are in Euros and only payments in Euros can be accepted

Are my credit card details safe when using this site?

Yes - all payments are processed by PAYPAL using a secured security system.  At no time are your credit card details held on file.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We can accept a personal cheque for postal orders.
